Bilodid's sankaku is actually a form of reverse sankaku but she enters into it with a different (side angle) rather than facing uke head on.

This angle of entry actually makes it easier to secure the sankaku compared to the standard version.

Once the reverse sankaku is secured, there are two ways you can turn uke over for a hold-down.

The first way is done when uke remains in a turtle position. The second way is done when uke flattens out.
