Do each of these exercises for 30 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest in between each exercise. This is High Intensity Interval Training. It's good for improving your anaerobic stamina, which is needed for judo.

The recommended degree of intensity is such that you feel "mildly uncomfortable". If you can do these exercises easily without any discomfort, that means you are going too lightly. Increase your intensity level (for example instead of just doing 5 push-ups in 30 seconds aim to do 10 or 15).
